Baltimore, MD – April 28, 2025 – In a world facing increasing challenges across social, economic, and spiritual dimensions, Causing to Forget has launched the International Global Fellowship Program to meet a rising need: the cultivation and empowerment of global leaders who are equipped to build lasting change in their communities. The program serves as a bridge between purpose-driven individuals and the training, support, and resources needed to expand their mission on an international scale.
Why the Global Fellowship Program Exists
Too often, visionary leaders—especially those serving in under-resourced or marginalized regions—lack access to the networks, funding, and tools necessary to execute their vision. The International Global Fellowship Program was created to solve this gap. Its core mission is to equip, support, and connect changemakers across the globe who are called to serve through community development, education, faith-based outreach, and social entrepreneurship.
“This fellowship exists because we believe that leaders in every nation deserve the chance to bring transformation to their people,” said Yolanda Palmer. “We’re not just investing in projects—we’re investing in people who carry the vision to create sustainable impact.”
Program Components
The fellowship offers a holistic, capacity-building experience that includes:
✅ Leadership Training & Coaching – Equipping fellows with practical and faith-integrated skills in management, community engagement, and strategic planning.
✅ Project Development & Implementation – Helping fellows launch or scale community initiatives with impact-driven planning and accountability.
✅ Stipends & Resource Support – Providing financial assistance to remove barriers to execution, including project funding, travel, and living stipends.
✅ Global Networking & Visibility – Introducing fellows to international partners, speaking engagements, and mentorship across regions and industries.
Fellowship in Action
Current fellows are already making impact in areas like education reform, prison outreach, disaster relief, career development, and faith-based mentoring. One fellow recently launched a literacy program for youth in Jamaica, while another began an initiative to equip women with job skills in West Africa.
A Global Vision with Local Roots
Causing to Forget believes in the power of local leadership for global change. By uplifting international voices, the fellowship aims to build a coalition of leaders whose impact will echo across borders, cultures, and generations.
