Baltimore, MD – August 6, 2025, The 2nd and 3rd Life Career Program, a flagship initiative of Causing to Forget, is opening doors of opportunity for adults who have faced barriers to stable employment and education. With a unique approach that combines mentorship, training, and holistic support, the program is helping participants step into careers that align with their skills, passions, and purpose.
Many participants come to the program after experiencing challenges such as career gaps, mental health struggles, or limited access to higher education. The 2nd and 3rd Life Career Program recognizes the untapped potential in each individual and provides the tools and support needed to turn setbacks into success stories.
Program Features
- Personalized Career Pathways Participants complete assessments that highlight their strengths and help design individualized education and training plans.
- Relevant Training and Certification Courses are chosen to fit both the participant’s skill set and the demands of today’s job market.
