Vendor FAQ for the 5th Annual Prayer Partner Alliance Retreat
To apply as a vendor, complete the Vendor Application Form on our website at causingtoforget.org . Once submitted, we will review your application and confirm your participation via email.
We welcome vendors offering products and services that align with our event’s focus on faith, wellness, self-care, personal development, and community support. This includes:
- Christian and faith-based merchandise
- Books, journals, and devotionals
- Health, wellness, and beauty products
- Handmade or artisan goods
- Coaching and consulting services
If you are unsure whether your business is a good fit, please reach out to us before applying.
Each vendor space includes:
✔ One 6-foot table and two chairs
✔ Access to 60+ high-achieving Christian women attendees
✔ Business promotion on event materials and social media
✔ Networking opportunities with attendees and fellow vendors
No, vendor registration does not include lodging. Vendors who wish to stay overnight must book their accommodations separately. Limited lodging is available at the Bethany Beach Retreat Center, or you may choose to book a nearby hotel or Airbnb.
Yes! Vendors are welcome to attend general retreat sessions when not managing their booths. There is no additional fee for participating.

Limited electrical access is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require electricity, please indicate this on your vendor application.
Due to retreat center policies, food and beverage sales are restricted. However, small pre-packaged items (such as herbal teas, bottled juices, or sealed snacks) may be permitted upon approval.
Once your application is approved, you will receive payment instructions. Vendor fees must be paid in full by the deadline to secure your spot.
Vendor fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your space to another approved vendor if needed. Please notify us in advance if you can no longer attend.
